We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to collect anonymous usage statistics. This includes:

• Page views and visit duration
• Country of origin (no precise location)
• Device type and browser
• Referral source
• Custom events (e.g., video exports - count only, no content)

Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiable information.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Video or camera footage
• Audio recordings
• Personal identification information
• Email addresses or contact details
• Cookies or tracking identifiers
• IP addresses (Umami anonymizes these)

4. How Your Data is Processed

All video processing, ASCII conversion, and recording happens entirely in your web browser using JavaScript and the Canvas API. Your video never leaves your device. When you export or download a video or text file, it is generated locally and downloaded directly to your device.

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel - Hosting provider
• Umami Cloud - Privacy-focused analytics (no cookies, GDPR compliant)
